By accessing or using My Christian Journal (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
My Christian Journal is a web-based application that allows users to record and organize spiritual entries including dreams, prophecies, prayers, devotionals, church services, and personal notes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Sales tax, VAT, or other government-imposed taxes will be calculated and added to your subscription charges based on your billing location, as required by law. The exact tax amount will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Tax collection and remittance are handled by our payment processor, Stripe.
If you do not subscribe before your trial expires, your account will be deactivated. Your data will be retained for 90 days following trial expiration, during which you may subscribe to reactivate your account and regain access to your data. After 90 days, all account data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your account enters a 90-day grace period during which you may contact us to reactivate your account and recover your data.
After the 90-day grace period, all account data — including journal entries, personal information, and associated metadata — is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
You retain all rights to the content you create and store in My Christian Journal. We do not claim ownership of your entries.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page.
